**housekeepingMinerPy** is a Python library for mine housekeeping genes in RNA-seq experiments.

Installing
----------
We recommend use pip to install the package

.. code-block:: bash

   pip install housekeepingMinerPy

But you can also use the git clone and install via setup.py
